UNFAIR ??

When I was playing this game, I needed more gems, and noticed that if you complete an offer made by the game it rewards you with gems. One of the offers was to download Smule: Magic Piano. Once I downloaded magic piano (by clicking the link provided by the offer), I went to Magic Piano and stayed in that app for about a minute. Then I went back to Village Life and there was a message saying that if I successfully completed the offer (which I OBVIOUSLY did) I would get my gems shortly. I waited more than a day for my gems and still havent gotten them!! Im so upset that this stupid app made me download another app for NOTHING. It promised me gems! I really like the game but Im extremely upset by this. ALSO: I really like the thing where you can watch a video to earn a gem and a ticket. Once you have 10 tickets you can spin to earn prizes. HOWEVER for me it always says there are no videos available. Good idea but if therere no videos to watch then whats the point??? (And then when I click the "x" to get out of that video watching place it makes me watch a video JUST TO EXIT and I dont even get rewarded a gem and a ticket for it!!!) How long do I have to wait for more videos??? I NEED GEMS. Im debating wether or not to delete the app because I just dont have time for a game that I dont have any money in (you cant do anything fast without gems). Im VERY disappointed!!
