Love it but a lot of problems with it

This game is great, but it takes forever to save the babies and I really want them. I fell like if I dont do it in time they will just disappear and I will feel like it is all my fault! Please make it easier to save babies!!!!! I also downloaded one of the games that you get gems for and they still havent given me my 192 gems! Fix it and get me my gems!
